王振涛教授应用益气升陷法治疗冠心病经验

Professor WANG Zhentao’s experience in treating coronary heart disease by the Yiqi Shengxian therapy

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是指由于血管腔狭窄或阻塞,导致心肌缺血、缺氧而引起的一类心脏病。本病居我国心血管疾病发病率之首,且逐年增多。研究表明冠心病发病原因往往跟遗传、年龄、慢性病、不良生活习惯、肥胖等相关。以冠心病为代表的心脑血管疾病严重威胁我国人民的生命健康,病死率居高不下。中医认为冠心病归属“胸痹”“心痛”“真心痛”等范畴,证属本虚标实。王振涛教授从事中医药治疗心血管疾病的临床与科研工作四十年,对冠心病的病因、病机及诊治有较为深刻的认识和独特的见解。他依据多年冠心病临床治疗经验,认为宗气亏虚乃至下陷是胸痹的重要病机之一,提出益气升陷法治疗冠心病,并获得了较好的疗效。文章对王振涛教授治疗冠心病的相关临床经验进行总结,以期为中医临床治疗冠心病提供参考。

Coronary heart disease refers to a kind of heart disease caused by myocardial ischemia,hypoxia due to the stenosis or obstruction of the vascular cavity.This disease ranks the first in the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in China,and it is increasing year by year.Studies have shown that coronary heart disease is often related to genetics,age,chronic diseases,bad living habits,and obesity.These diseases seriously threaten the life and health of Chinese people,and the mortality rate is high.Professor WANG Zhentao is working in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in TCM for forty years,he has a profound understanding and unique insights on the cause,pathogenesis and treatment of coronary heart disease.He proposes the Yiqi Shengxian therapy(益气升陷法)to treat coronary heart disease,and has gained good effects.This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor WANG Zhentao in the treatment of coronary heart disease,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease in TCM.
