清胃健中汤对消化性溃疡患者胃肠功能及炎性因子水平的影响

Curative effects of the Qingwei Jianzhong decoction on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors in peptic ulcer patients

目的:分析清胃健中汤对消化性溃疡患者胃肠功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取于2018年8月-2020年7月山东省聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院接受医治的消化性溃疡患者224例,将其分成对照组和研究组,每组112例,分组依据随机数字表法。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合使用清胃健中汤,3周为一个疗程,两组均持续治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后血清胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)、生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)、胃动素(Motilin,MTL)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:研究组患者总有效率高于对照组;相比于治疗前,两组血清GAS、MTL、IL-6、hs-CRP及TNF-α水平在治疗后均明显降低,且研究组对比对照组更低;而血清SS水平治疗以后处于较高水平,研究组较对照组更高(均P<0.05);治疗期间,研究组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清胃健中汤可有效降低消化性溃疡患者体内的炎性因子水平,维持正常的胃肠功能,疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Qingwei Jianzhong decoction(清胃健中汤)on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:A total of 224 patients with peptic ulcer in gastroenterology gepartment of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dongchangfu District from August 2018 to July 2020 were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 112 patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given the Qingwei Jianzhong decoction more.Two groups were treated for 3 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 consecutive courses.The clinical efficacy after treatment,serum GAS,MTL,SS,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group.Compared with before,serum GAS,MTL,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels after treatment in 2 groups were decreased,and in the observation group were lower than the control group,while serum SS level in the control group and the observation group were increased,and the increase in the observation group was more higher than the control group(all P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Qingwei Jianzhong decoction can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with peptic ulcer and maintain normal gastrointestinal function,with significant curative effect and high safety.
