基于Vosviewer的中医治疗先兆流产的可视化分析

A visual analysis of treating threatened abortion in TCM based on Vosviewer

目的:对近10余年中医治疗先兆流产的文献进行文献计量分析,探索中医治疗先兆流产的研究现状及发展趋势。方法:检索2010年1月1日-2022年2月28日中国知网收录的关于中医治疗先兆流产的中文文献,采用文献计量学方法对文献发表数量、发文作者、来源期刊、关键词等内容进行统计,并用Vosviewer软件进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入720篇文献,中医治疗先兆流产的中文文献发表量呈逐渐增长趋势。核心作者61位,以刘新玉为代表。研究热点以先兆流产、中西医结合治疗、中医药治疗、早期先兆流产等为主。结论:近10余年来中医治疗先兆流产的研究逐渐增多,但高质量核心期刊发文量较少,研究团队之间联系不足,积极利用现代网络科学技术对文献进行分析归纳将成为一种趋势。

Objective:To explore the research status and delvelopment trend of TCM in the treatment of threatened abortion by bibliometrics analysis on the related literature in the past 10 years.Methods:The relevant Chinese literature on treating threatened abortion in TCM included in CNKI database from Jan.1,2010 to Feb.28,2022 were retrieved.Bibliometrics method was used to summarize the number of publications,authors,source journals,keywords,etc.,and a visual analysis was performed by Vosviewer software.Results:A total of 720 articles were included,and the number of publications of Chinese articles on treating threatened abortion in TCM showed a gradual increase.There were 61 core authors,represented by LIU Xinyu.The research hotspots were mainly threatened abortion.integrative medicine treatment,TCM treatment,and early threatened abortion.Conclusion:In the past 10 years.the researchon the treatment of threatened abortion in TCM has gradually increased,but there are relatively few articles published in high-quality core journals,and there is insufficient communication between research teams.It will become a trend to actively use modern network science and technology to analyze and summarize literature.
