中医药治疗脂溢性脱发的用药规律研究

A study on the medication rule of TCM in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia

目的:探讨中医药治疗脂溢性脱发的用药规律。方法:查找中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库中所有相关中医药治疗脂溢性脱发的期刊文献,搜罗整理文献中的药方,创立数据库,进行统计分析。结果:共获得期刊文献178篇,方剂共216首,累计药物232种。前10味高频药物依次为何首乌、甘草、当归、茯苓、地黄、女贞子、墨旱莲、丹参、川芎、白术。用药分类以补虚药为首,清热药次之。药性以温、平、寒凉为主。在归经上,以入五脏为主,肝经为甚,而六腑中尤以胃经最多。结论:补虚为治疗脂溢性脱发的基础,内治时再施以清热祛浊利湿等治法,外治时辅以活血通络透邪治法,注重内外结合,重视调理肝肾和脾胃。

Objective:To explore the medication rule of TCM in treating seborrheic alopecia.Methods:All journal literature related to the treatment of seborrheic alopecia in TCM was searched in CNKI,Wanfang data,and VIP database.Prescriptions in the included literature were collected and sorted out to establish a database,and then a statistical analysis was performed.Results:A total of 178 studies met the standards were obtained,involving 216 related prescriptions and 232 kinds of medicines.The top 10 high-frequency medicines were Heshouwu(Radix Polygoni Multiflori),Gancao(Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Fuling(Poria),Dihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Nvzhenzi(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi),Mohanlian(Herba Ecliptae),Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),and Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae).The medicines used were mainly tonics,followed by heat-clearing medicines.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,mild and cold.The active constituents of medicines mainly flowed into five Zang-organs(五脏),and the most common ones flowed into liver meridian.Among the medicines that flowed into six Fu-organs(六腑),the ones that flowed into stomach meridian are the most.Conclusion:TCM takes the tonic as the basic treatment of seborrheic alopecia.In terms of internal treatment,the methods of clearing endogenous heat,dispelling turbid and removing dampness and so on are applied in clinical practice.In terms of external treatment,it is supplemented by the methods of promoting blood circulation,dredging collaterals and expelling pathogenic factors.The combination of internal and external treatment is emphasized,and the therapy of regulating liver,kidney,spleen,and stomach is highlighted.
