摘要
目的分析突触素(SYN)、胸腺素β4(Tβ4)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月收治的NSCLC 98例,检测肿瘤组织和癌旁组织中SYN、Tβ4的表达情况,分析SYN、Tβ4与临床特征及预后的关系。结果NSCLC组织中Tβ4阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,SYN阳性表达率低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。NSCLC组织中SYN、Tβ4表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。98例中1年内预后良好60例。TNM分期、淋巴结转移及SYN阴性表达、Tβ4阳性表达是NSCLC患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论NSCLC组织中SYN、Tβ4表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关,SYN阴性表达、Tβ4阳性表达是患者预后不良的独立危险因素。
Objective To analyze the relationship between synaptophysin(SYN),thymosinβ4(Tβ4)and pathological features and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 98 NSCLC patients treated from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected for study,the expression of SYN and Tβ4 in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues was detected,and the relationship between SYN and Tβ4 with clinical characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Tβ4 in NSCLC tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the positive expression rate of SYN in NSCLC tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of SYN and Tβ4 in NSCLC group were related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).Among 98 patients,60 had a good prognosis within one year.TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,negative expression of SYN and positive expression of Tβ4 were independent risk factors for poor prognosis of NSCLC patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of SYN and Tβ4 in NSCLC tissue is related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,and the negative expression of SYN and the positive expression of Tβ4 are independent risk factors for poor prognosis of patients.
