反应中断及转移法干预孤独症谱系障碍者重复刻板行为的实证研究综述 被引量:5

A Review of Empirical Research on Response Interruption and Redirection for Intervening in Restricted Repetitive Behaviors of Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders

摘要 重复刻板行为是孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患者的核心症状之一,反应中断及转移法(RIRD)是一种以行为主义理论为基础的干预方法。国外的实证研究表明,该方法可以有效干预ASD患者的重复刻板行为。本文对反应中断及转移法产生以来(2007—2022年)的实证研究进行系统梳理,从干预对象、实验设计、干预情境、干预目标、干预手段与干预结果等方面进行分析,明晰反应中断及转移法干预ASD患者重复刻板行为的研究进展,为我国今后相关实践与研究的开展提供启示。 Restricted repetitive behavior is one of the core symptoms of individuals with autism spectrum disorders(ASD).Response interruption and redirection(RIRD)is an intervention method based on behaviorist theory.Foreign evidence-based researches have shown that this method can effectively intervene in restricted repetitive behaviors of individuals with ASD.This paper reviews empirical researches(2007-2022)since the emergence of response interruption and redirection,and analyzes the objects,experimental design,intervention context,intervention objectives,intervention means and intervention results,so as to clarify the progress of response interruption and redirection in the intervention in restricted repetitive behaviors of individuals with ASD,and to provide enlightenment for the relevant practice and research in China.
