炎症性肠病癌变的机制与动物模型研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 炎症性肠病(IBD)是一组慢性肠道非特异性炎性疾病,主要包括克罗恩病及溃疡性结肠炎。随着疾病的慢性进展,有一定比例IBD患者会发生癌变,癌变主要与基因功能缺失、炎症反应、氧化应激、肠道菌群改变等多个因素相关。在研究IBD癌变的过程中,学者们通过基因工程、化学致癌物质诱发小鼠肠道肿瘤,建立多种动物模型,以便深入探讨相关机制。本文就IBD癌变的机制及相关动物模型现状作一论述。 Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a group of chronic intestinal nonspecific inflammatory diseases,mainly including Crohn′s disease and ulcerative colitis.With the chronic progress of the disease,carcinogenesis will develop in a certain proportion of IBD patients.Its incidence is mainly related to loss of gene function,inflammatory reactions,oxidative stress and the change of intestinal microbiota.In the process of studying the carcinogenesis of IBD,scholars have established a variety of animal models by inducing intestinal tumor in mice through genetic engineering and chemical carcinogens,so as to further explore the relevant mechanisms.This article discusses the mechanisms of underlying IBD carcinogenesis and the current status of related animal models.
