摘要
该文研究一种高效轻质变漏磁永磁电机在不同工况下的铁耗特性。通过分析不同工况下磁密的变化,对变漏磁永磁电机的铁耗特性进行详细研究。该文首先分析磁路的变化,推导变漏磁永磁电机磁密和铁耗的数学关系。随后采用响应面法分析相关参数对铁耗的影响,从而确定变漏磁永磁电机的优化设计。此外,利用有限元方法对优化前后电机的铁耗特性进行分析比较。最后对优化后的电机进行加工和实验测试,验证多工况下高效轻质变漏磁永磁电机的铁耗特性研究与低铁耗优化设计的合理性,并为高效轻质电机的研究提供可能的研究路径。
In this paper, loss characteristics of a highefficiency light-weight VLF-PM motor under different operation condition were investigated. The iron loss characteristics of VLF-PM motor were researched by analyzing the variation of magnetic density under different working conditions. Firstly, the equivalent magnetic circuit was analyzed, and the mathematical relationship between flux density and iron loss was established. Then, the influence of relevant parameters on the iron loss was analyzed by response surface method, and the optimal design of VLF-PM motor was determined. The iron loss characteristics of the motor before and after optimization were analyzed and compared by using finite element method. Finally, the optimal motor was built and tested to verify the validity of the research on the iron loss characteristics and low-loss-design of high-efficiency lightweight VLF-PM motor under multiple working conditions,offering a potential research path for the research of high-efficiency light-weight motors.
