低强度加压训练在实际应用中的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 高强度抗阻运动是肌肥大和肌肉力量增加最理想的运动方式,但存在一定的局限性,比如许多老年人和损伤康复患者无法承受过大的运动负荷。而以往的许多相关研究证实了低强度加压训练(BFR)运动方法可以克服高强度抗阻运动的局限性。结合这些研究,文章揭示了加压训练在实际场景下的应用效果,并通过结合使用加压训练的不同运动方法,考察了不同人群以及不同领域的应用效果,并提出了必要的未来研究方向。迄今为止的研究表明,单独进行加压训练或在日常运动训练中适当地加入加压训练,可以有效增加肌肉大小和肌肉力量。因此,文章认为,加压训练不仅可以作为老年人的运动方案和损伤后康复训练项目,而且在以后也可能作为大众性的运动方案加以利用。目前,加压训练的训练部位仍存在局限性。此外,加压训练导致肌肥大和增加肌肉力量的生理学机制尚未得到明确的答案,未来针对此类方面还需开展进一步的研究。
