现阶段,建筑业是经济发展的重要组成部分,为适应经济高速发展,就要求我国建筑工程实施上有更高标准。在一个工程项目的实施的过程中,建筑工程监理作为五方参建主体发挥着至关重要的作用,是不可或缺的一部分,对建筑工程项目是否能够顺利完成验收并交付使用有着重要的影响。所以,实施建设项目的过程中,全面认识工程监理人员的作用,尽量杜绝施工过程中出现的安全和质量问题,是确保工程监理人员的价值得到充分发挥的重要体现。

At the present stage,the construction industry is an important part of economic development,in order to adapt to the rapid economic development,it requires higher standards for the implementation of construction projects in China.In the implementation process of an engineering project,the construction project supervisor,as the main body of the five parties for construction,plays a vital role and is an indispensable part,which has an important impact on the smooth acceptance completion and delivery of the construction project.Therefore,in the process of implementing construction projects,itis an important embodiment to ensure the value of project supervisors through fully understanding the role of project supervisors and try to eliminate safety and quality problems in the construction process.
