At the present stage,the refined management mode has attracted much attention and has become an advanced management mode commonly used in civil building construction management,which significantly improves the resource utilization efficiency,reduces the construction risk,organically coordinates the schedule,quality,cost and other factors,creates a safe construction environment,and fully guarantees the interests of construction enterprises and the personal safety of on-site staff.This paper will discuss the application advantages of the refined management mode,and put forward several optimization measures for the main problems in civil building construction management,which are for reference only.
