建筑工程质量是保证建筑工程项目达到预期目标的重要保证,同时也是保证工程满足使用要求的根本和基础,在施工过程中对质量进行严格管控和监督,是工程监理人员的职责,三控三管一协调中,质量控制是重中之重,是工程项目得以完成的保证,不可以有一丝疏忽。本文主要针对工程建筑监理对施工质量的监督和控制进行分析和探究,并对其产生的问题提出相应的解决方案和措施,希望为工程建筑监理对施工质量的监督和控制提供一些参考意见。

Construction engineering quality is an important guarantee to ensure that the construction engineering project achieves the expected goal,and also the basis and fundament to ensure that the project meets the requirements of use.The responsibility of the project supervisor is to strict control and supervision quality in the construction process.In the“three controls,three managements and one coordination”,quality control is the top priority and the guarantee of the completion of the project,it cannot be neglected.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the supervision and control of construction quality by engineering construction supervisor,and puts forward corresponding solutions and measures for the problems arising therefrom,hoping to provide some reference opinions for the supervision and control of construction quality by engineering construction supervisor.
