Coordination Strategy of Prefabricated Electromechanical Installation and Civil Engineering Construction

在建筑领域内,装配式机电安装是一项复杂程度较高的工程,需要不同专业人员之间进行密切的配合,在需要配合施工的主体里面,土建专业需要配合的工作非常多,如果二者之间的配合不够协调,就会对整个工程项目造成不良影响,基于这种情况,对装配式机电安装与土建工程施工的配合策略就显得尤为重要。文章结合笔者多年工作经验,对装配式机电安装与土建工程施工的配合策略提出了一些建议,仅供参考。

In the field of construction,prefabricated electromechanical installation is a highly complex project,requiring close cooperation between different professional staff,in the main body that needs to cooperate with the construction,the civil engineering profession is involved in a lot of cooperation work,if the cooperation between the two is not coordinated,it will have a negative impact on the entire project,based on this situation,the coordination strategy of prefabricated electromechanical installation and civil engineering construction is particularly important.Based on the author’s work experience over years,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cooperation strategy of prefabricated electromechanical installation and civil engineering construction,which is for reference only.
