带椭圆孔V型刚构桥斜腿关键施工技术研究

摘要 本文以广州科技教育城中轴广场和开元路建设工程为研究背景,介绍了一种带椭圆孔V型斜腿施工工艺。采用一种在斜杆和斜腿之间使用临时拉杆施工工艺,抵消钢模板及钢筋自重,消除钢模板与支架之间的弹性及非弹性变形;设计一套可快速装拆调节钢模板,实现V型斜腿椭圆孔部位的快速化施工;提出一种基于不同工况下斜腿施工的监测方法,有效监控斜腿的变形。 Based on the construction project of the central axis square and Kaiyuan Road of Guangzhou Science and Technology Education City,a construction technology of V-type inclined leg with elliptical holes is introduced.A construction process using temporary pull rods between the inclined rod and the inclined leg is adopted to offset the self-weight of the steel form and the reinforcing steel bars,and to eliminate the elastic and inelastic deformation between the steel form and the support;A set of adjustable steel form for quick assembly and disassembly is designed to realize the rapid construction of the elliptical hole of the V-type inclined leg;a monitoring method based on the construction of inclined leg under different working conditions is proposed to effectively monitor the deformation of inclined leg.
