近年来,随着经济的不断改善,建设项目的类型逐渐向多样化和丰富化方向发展,传统的项目建设和管理方式已不能适应现代建设项目的发展。其中,大型商业综合体项目引入了新技术,BIM技术的使用极大地优化了项目的设计和管理质量。BIM技术已应用于项目设计、施工和管理,并取得了良好的效果。在此基础上,本文主要分析了BIM技术在大型商业综合体项目中造价管理的作用和应用。

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the economy,the types of construction projects have gradually developed towards the direction of diversification and enrichment,and the traditional project construction and management methods can no longer adapt to the development of modern construction projects.Among them,new technologies are introduced into large-scale commercial complex projects,and the use of BIM technology greatly optimizes the project design and management quality.BIM technology has been applied to project design,construction and management,and has achieved good results.On this basis,this paper mainly analyzes the role and application of BIM technology in cost management of large-scale commercial complex projects.
