情景剧教学法在高职教育临床医学专业临床技能培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本研究目的为提升临床医学专业临床技能培训的教学质量,验证情景剧教学法应用于临床技能培训课程的效果,并为进一步改善情景剧教学法在临床技能培训中的应用提供案例支撑。研究选取特定的临床技能操作,并找到对应疾病,编写情景剧剧本,应用于高职院校临床医学专业的临床技能培训课程,并与参加传统实训课程班级的学生成绩进行对比。采用情景剧教学组,学生对教学的满意度有改善,期末考试成绩也显著提高。研究表明,情景剧教学法能显著提升临床医学专业临床技能培训的授课效果。经过对工作的总结,本研究还为进一步开展情景剧教学提出了建议。 To improve the teaching quality of clinical skills training in clinical medicine,to verify the effectiveness of the situa⁃tional drama teaching method applied to clinical skills training courses,and to provide case support for further improvement of the application of the situational drama teaching method in clinical skills training.Specific clinical skill operations were selected and corresponding diseases were found,and scenario plays were written and applied to clinical skill training courses for clinical medi⁃cine majors in higher education institutions,and the results were compared with those of classes participating in traditional practi⁃cal training courses.The groupings that were taught using scenario-based drama had improved student satisfaction with the instruc⁃tion and their final exam scores improved significantly.Sitcom teaching can significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical skills training lectures in clinical medicine.After the summary of the work,suggestions were also made for further development of scenario-based teaching.
