考虑多等级加固的气电联合配网系统韧性鲁棒提升策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 自然灾害是一种发生概率低但破坏力强的极端事件,发生时会给气电联合配网系统中造成严重影响。为提高气电联合配网系统在自然灾害下的韧性,考虑线路/管道加固、应急资源配置与气电联合需求响应,该文提出基于鲁棒优化的韧性提升策略。首先,在气电联合配网系统中考虑到线路/管道加固后在面对严重自然灾害时可能失效的情形,提出一种表示不同灾害程度与加固程度的多等级加固模型,并建立相应的线路/管道状态约束。然后,在气电联合配网系统运行约束基础上,建立气电应急资源的优化配置模型,引入气电联合需求响应机制,提出以气电联合配网系统中加权失负荷最小为目标的三层防御-攻击-防御韧性提升模型,并采用列与约束生成算法求解。最后,在算例中证明了模型的可行性和求解方法的有效性。 Natural disasters are extreme events with low probable occurrence but strong destructive ability,which have a serious impact on the integrated gas-electricity distribution system.In order to improve the resilience of the integrated gas-electricity distribution system under natural disasters,and the line/pipeline reinforcement,the emergency resource allocation and the integrated gas-electricity demand response,this paper proposes a resilience improvement strategy based on robust optimization.Firstly,considering that the line/pipeline reinforcement may fail in face of severe natural disasters in the integrated gas-electricity distribution system,a multi-level reinforcement model representing different disaster and reinforcement levels is proposed,and the corresponding line/pipeline status constraints are established.Then,based on the operation constraints of the integrated gas-electricity distribution system,the optimal allocation model of the gas-electricity emergency resources is established.The integrated gas-electricity demand response mechanism is introduced to propose a tri-level defense-attack-defense resilience improvement model with the objective of minimizing the weighted load loss in the integrated gas-electricity distribution system,which is solved through the column and constraint generation algorithm.Finally,case study proves the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the solution method.
