改良益肾活血方Ⅱ号联合百令胶囊治疗脾肾气虚证兼血瘀证慢性肾脏病3~5期患者的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of CKD 3~5 stages of the spleen-kidney Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with the Yishen Huoxue prescriptionⅡplus the Bailing capsules

目的:探讨改良益肾活血方Ⅱ号联合百令胶囊治疗脾肾气虚兼血瘀证慢性肾脏病3~5期患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年12月期间镇江市中西医结合医院肾病科病房、肾病科门诊收治的70例脾肾气虚兼血瘀证慢性肾脏病3~5期患者作为研究对象,随机划分为试验组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组予以西医常规治疗,试验组在此基础上应用改良益肾活血方Ⅱ号联合百令胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个月,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、肾功能指标的变化及安全性情况。结果:对照组临床疗效显著低于试验组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后面色晦暗、腰背酸痛、脘腹胀满、恶心呕吐及纳差等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮、肌酐清除率、血红蛋白及白蛋白水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良益肾活血方Ⅱ号联合百令胶囊治疗非透析慢性肾功能不全的疗效显著优于单独西药方案,在改善临床症状、提高临床疗效、延缓肾功能衰竭进展等方面具有独特优势,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Yishen Huoxue prescription(益肾活血方)NO.2 plus the Bailing capsules(百令胶囊)on chronic kidney disease 3 to 5 stages of the spleen-kidney Qi(气)deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 70 cases from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the test group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).The control group was given conventional Western medicine,and the test group was given additionally the Yishen Huoxue prescription NO.2 plus the Bailing capsules.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results:The clinical efficacy in the control group was significantly lower than the test group(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM syndromes such as dull complexion,back pain,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting and anorexia in the test group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance rate,hemoglobin,and albumin in the test group were significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yishen Huoxue prescription No.2 plus the Bailing capsules on non-dialysis chronic renal insufficiency is significantly better than Western medicine alone in clinical effects.It has unique advantages in ameliorating clinical symptoms,improving clinical efficacy,and delaying the progression of renal function,and is worthy of clinical reference.
