我国绿色债券发展经验对转型债券支持政策的启示

China’s Green Bond Development and Transition Bond Support

转型债券聚焦高碳排放领域转型,虽然与绿色债券存在部分差异,但两者支持项目都存在正外部性,最终目标也具有内在一致性。本文基于比较视角,借鉴我国绿色债券政策框架与经验,结合转型金融面临的新挑战,就转型债券未来发展提出针对性政策建议。

Transition bond focuses on the transition of high-carbon emissions field. Although with so many distinctions, transition bond and green bond both support those projects with positive externalities and ultimate goals. Based on a comparative perspective, and also combined new challenges faced in the transitional finance, this paper accordingly put forward policy suggestions for future development of transition bond.
