摘要
目的探讨分析孕妇血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白细胞介素-6(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与胎膜早破早产及宫内感染的关系。方法选取深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院2021年5月-2022年2月收治的60例胎膜早破早产产妇为研究组,其中30例合并早期宫内感染者设置为A组,30例未合并早期宫内感染者设置为B组,另选取30例健康孕妇设置为对照组,比较各组孕妇血清中MMP-9、IL-10、TNF-α水平的差异性。结果在MMP-9、IL-10、TNF-α水平比较上,研究组均较对照组更高,A组均较B组明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组在MMP-9、IL-10、TNF-α水平比较上,绒毛膜羊膜炎不同分期产妇之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇血清中MMP-9、IL-10、TNF-α水平与胎膜早破早产以及宫内感染存在较大关系,且随感染严重程度递增其血清中MMP-9、IL-10、TNF-α水平随之升高。
Objective To investigate and analyze relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-6(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor in maternal serumα(TNF-α)and premature rupture of membranes,premature delivery and intrauterine infection.Methods 60 premature delivery women with premature rupture of membranes admitted to Baoan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen from May 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study group.Among them,30 cases with early intrauterine infection were set as group A,30 cases without early intrauterine infection were set as group B,and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.The serum levels of MMP-9,IL-10 and TNF-αin each group were compared.Results In terms of levels of MMP-9,IL-10 and TNF-αcomparison,the study group was higher than the control group,and group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05);In group A,the levels of MMP-9,IL-10 and TNF-αwere significantly different among women with different stages of chorioamnionitis(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of MMP-9,IL-10 and TNF-αin pregnant women were significantly related to premature rupture of membranes and intrauterine infection,and the serum levels of MMP-9,IL-10 and TNF-αincreased with the increase of the severity of infection.
