盆腔肿瘤放疗中低温热塑体膜固定与碳纤维腹板固定技术的定位效果比较

Comparison of Localization Effect Between Thermoplastic Membrane Fixation Technique and Carbon Fiber Web Fixation Technique in Pelvic Tumor Radiotherapy

摘要 目的初步分析低温热塑体膜固定与碳纤维腹板固定技术在盆腔肿瘤放疗中的定位效果差异。方法随机选取2020年1月-2021年6月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院放疗科收治的盆腔肿瘤放疗患者68例,采用随机数表法分为低温热塑体膜固定组与碳纤维腹板固定组,每组各34例,分别采用相应固定技术。测量并比较两组患者在左右(X轴)、头脚(Y轴)及腹背(Z轴)上的摆位误差。结果低温热塑体膜固定组患者在X轴、Y轴及Z轴的摆位误差分别为(2.21±0.44)mm、(2.79±0.55)mm及(2.27±0.38)mm,而碳纤维腹板固定组患者的摆位误差分别为(2.17±0.41)mm、(2.25±0.47)mm及(2.23±0.39)mm,显示两组患者在Y轴方向移位范围的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而X轴与Z轴方向移位范围无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在盆腔肿瘤放疗中碳纤维腹板固定技术摆位准确性优于低温热塑体膜固定技术,且操作相对简便,有助于精确放疗的实现。 Objective To analyze the difference of localization effect between low temperature thermoplastic film fixation and carbon fiber web fixation in pelvic tumor radiotherapy.Methods A total of 68 patients who received radiotherapy for pelvic tumor in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected and divided into low temperature thermoplastic body film fixation group and carbon fiber web fixation group with 34 patients in each group by random number table method.The positioning errors in left and right(X axis),head and foot(Y axis),abdomen and back(Z axis)were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The positioning errors of patients in the X-axis,Y-axis and Z-axis were(2.21±0.44)mm,(2.79±0.55)mm and(2.27±0.38)mm,respectively.The positioning errors of patients with carbon fiber web fixation were(2.17±0.41)mm,(2.25±0.47)mm and(2.23±0.39)mm,respectively,indicating a statistically significant difference in the Y-axis displacement range between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the shift range between X and Z axes(P>0.05).Conclusion The positioning accuracy of carbon fiber web fixation technique is better than that of low temperature thermoplastic body film fixation technique in pelvic tumor radiotherapy,and the operation is relatively simple,which is helpful to the realization of accurate radiotherapy.
