促进各关节分离运动在脑瘫高危儿治疗中的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Promoting the Separation of Each Joint in the Treatment of High-risk Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨促进各关节分离运动在脑瘫高危儿治疗中临床疗效研究。方法将2019年1月-2021年10月本科室收治的50例脑瘫高危儿,分干预组(25例)和对照组(25例),其中干预组采用促进各关节分离运动疗法进行早期干预治疗,对照组采用指导下家庭康复训练。结果干预组患儿肌张力评分高于对照组(P<0.01),粗大运动评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑瘫高危儿经过早期干预能够使肌张力得到很好恢复,运动发育水平得到提升,其正常运动模式能够尽快建立,促进各关节分离运动形成在脑瘫高危儿的治疗中起到至关重要作用,能够有效地改善患儿的临床症状,促进患儿运动功能恢复,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of promoting the separation of each joint in the treatment of high-risk children with cerebral palsy.Methods From January 2019 to October 2021,50 high-risk children with cerebral palsy who were admitted to our department were divided into an intervention group(25 cases)and a control group(25 cases).The intervention group adopted the exercise therapy to promote the separation of each joint for early intervention treatment,and the control group received guided home rehabilitation training.Results The muscle tone score of the children in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the gross motor score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Early intervention in high-risk children with cerebral palsy can restore muscle tension well,improve the level of motor development,and establish normal movement patterns as soon as possible.Promoting the formation of joint separation movement plays a crucial role in the treatment of high-risk children with cerebral palsy.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and promote the recovery of motor function in children.
