探讨大柴胡汤加减联合生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Soup Plus Minus Somatostatin in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析大柴胡汤加减联合生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者的应用效果。方法本次研究对象为本院60例急性胰腺炎患者,收治时间2019年1月-2021年12月,随机将其均分为对照组30例,行生长抑素治疗,试验组30例,联合大柴胡汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组的WBC指标、CRP指标、PCT指标、ALP指标、ALT指标和TBIL指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,血淀粉酶恢复时间和临床症状缓解时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予急性胰腺炎患者大柴胡汤加减联合生长抑素治疗能够有效改善患者相关指标,促使患者恢复,效果显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the combined somatostatin in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods The subjects of this study were 60 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital.The treatment time was from January 2019 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)treated with somatostatin and test group(30 cases),combined with Dachaihu decoction,to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results ALT index and TBIL index in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the recovery time of serum amylase and the time of clinical symptom relief were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cute pancreatitis can effectively improve patient indexes,promote remarkable recovery and have promotion value.
