摘要
目的研究和观察人性化优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭护理中的临床干预效果。方法选取本院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的58例呼吸衰竭患者进行研究,随机分组,对照组实施常规护理服务,观察组实施人性化优质护理服务,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组患者护理满意度(96.55%)高于对照组的(75.87%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抑郁评分(32.26±4.12)分、焦虑评分(37.92±6.19)分低于对照组的(43.78±7.56)分、(47.26±8.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化优质护理服务在呼吸衰竭护理中的临床应用意义重大,在改善患者临床症状方面发挥了作用,患者对护理工作认可度高,有良好的临床推广性。
Objective To study and observe the clinical intervention effect of humanized quality nursing services in respiratory failure care.Methods 58 patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was given routine nursing services,the observation group was given humanized high-quality nursing services,and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,patient satisfaction with care(96.55%)of the observation group was higher than 75.87%of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);depression score(32.26±4.12),anxiety score(37.92±6.19)of the observation group were lower than(43.78±7.56),(47.26±8.65)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized high-quality nursing service is of great significance in the clinical application of respiratory failure nursing,which plays a role in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.Patients have high recognition of nursing work and good clinical promotion.
