护理干预在深静脉血栓介入治疗患者中的作用研究

Research on the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的探究护理干预在深静脉血栓介入治疗患者中的作用。方法60例入组患者(2019年1月-2021年9月)按照护理模式差异分为对照组(30例,常规护理干预)与观察组(30例,全面程序化护理干预),对其护理效果进行统计分析。结果观察组治疗优良率、生存质量高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑评分、抑郁评分、不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),肿胀消减、疼痛缓解、下床活动时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论深静脉血栓介入治疗中为患者行全面程序化护理干预,可有效提高临床疗效,改善患者身心健康状况,提高患者生存质量,减少不良事件发生率,应给予重视。

Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention in the interventional treatment of deep vein thrombosis.Methods 60 enrolled patients(admitted from January to September 2021)were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(30 cases,comprehensive procedural nursing intervention)according to the difference of nursing mode,and the nursing effect was statistically analyzed.Results The rate of excellent treatment and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of anxiety score,depression score and adverse events were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and swelling reduction,pain relief and activity time out of bed were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the interventional treatment of deep vein thrombosis,comprehensive procedural nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the physical and mental health of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and should be paid attention to.
