优质护理在烧伤整形患者预后中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of High Quality Nursing in the Prognosis of Patients with Burn Plastic Surgery

目的研究对于烧伤整形患者采取优质护理对于预后结局的影响。方法于2019年1月-2021年12月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院烧伤整形患者中随机抽取50例,均分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组采取优质护理,对比两组预后结局。结果观察组创面愈合时间(24.76±2.25)d,住院时间(18.39±2.31)d,SF-36(78.69±6.58)分,显著优于对照组;观察组VAS(3.16±0.92)分,PSQI(4.97±0.85)分,显著低于对照组;观察组SAS(42.67±4.59)分,SDS(40.34±6.68)分,显著低于对照组;观察组满意度24例(96.00%)较对照组18例(72.00%)明显提高,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于烧伤整形患者应用优质护理有利于加快患者术后康复速度,促进患者早日出院,同时有利于缓解患者疼痛感,改善住院期间睡眠和生活质量,缓解其不良情绪,更容易得到患者对护理的认可。

Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing on the outcome of burn plastic surgery patients.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,50 cases of burn plastic surgery patients in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing.The prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing time(24.76±2.25)d,hospitalization time(18.39±2.31)d,SF-36(78.69±6.58)points in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.VAS(3.16±0.92)and PSQI(4.97±0.85)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.SAS(42.67±4.59)and SDS(40.34±6.68)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group.The satisfaction of 24 cases(96.00%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing for burn plastic surgery patients is conducive to accelerate the speed of postoperative rehabilitation of patients,promote the early discharge of patients,and at the same time relieve the pain of patients,improve the sleep and quality of life during hospitalization,and relieve their bad mood,easier to get the patient’s recognition of nursing.
