Na-K-CI +协同转运蛋白作为药物靶点的研究进展

摘要 Na-K-C1协同转运蛋白存在于人体和动物多处组织中,在不周部位发挥着不同的功能作用,与多种疾病存在着密切关联,是有潜力的药物靶点。本文就Na-K-C1协同转运蛋白(NKCC)的蛋白结构、体内分布情况,在正常生理活动和疾病中调节作用,以及NKCC作为药物靶点的药物开发技术进行综述。 Na-K-Cl co-transporter exists in many tissues of humans and animals,plays different functional roles in different parts,is closely related to a variety of diseases,and is a potential drug target.This article reviews the protein structure and in vivo distribution of Na-K-Cl co-transporter(NKCC),its regulatory role in normal physiological activities and diseases,and the drug development technology of NK CC as a drug target.
