益肾通络、清热利湿汤联合常规西医治疗肾虚阻络兼湿热下注证Ⅲ型前列腺炎的效果研究

Yishen Tongluo and Qingre Lishi decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of typeⅢprostatitis with kidney deficiency blocking collaterals and damp heat injection syndrome

目的探讨益肾通络、清热利湿汤联合常规西医治疗肾虚阻络兼湿热下注证Ⅲ型前列腺炎的效果。方法选取太仓中医医院2018年7月至2021年7月收治的134例肾虚阻络兼湿热下注证Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,各67例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,联合组给予益肾通络、清热利湿汤联合常规西医治疗。对比两组临床症状评分、临床疗效、前列腺液白细胞(WBC)计数和卵磷脂小体计数及不良反应。结果治疗2周、1个月后两组中医主症、次症评分逐渐下降(P<0.05),且联合组各时间点评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组前列腺液WBC计数均下降(P<0.05),且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);卵磷脂小体计数均升高(P<0.05),且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾通络、清热利湿汤联合常规西医治疗肾虚阻络兼湿热下注证Ⅲ型前列腺炎能有效改善症状,降低炎症水平,疗效显著,且用药安全性好。

Objective To explore the effect of Yishen Tongluo and Qingre Lishi decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of typeⅢprostatitis with kidney deficiency blocking collaterals and damp heat injection syndrome.Methods 134 cases of typeⅢprostatitis with kidney deficiency blocking collaterals and damp heat injection syndrome admitted to Taicang Hospital of Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combination group and the control group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine western medicine,while 67 cases in the combined group were treated with Yishen Tongluo and Qingre Lishi decoction and conventional western medicine.The clinical symptom scores,white blood cell(WBC)counts of prostatic fluid and lecithin corpuscle counts of the two groups before and after treatment,clinical effect and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After two weeks and one month of treatment,the scores of main and secondary symptoms in the two groups decreased in turn(P<0.05),and the scores of the combined group at each time point were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBC count of prostate fluid in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the WBC count of prostate fluid in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of lecithin corpuscles increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Yishen Tongluo and Qingre Lishi decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of typeⅢprostatitis with kidney deficiency blocking collaterals and damp heat injection syndrome can effectively improve symptoms,reduce inflammation level,and has significant curative effect and good drug safety.
