心理弹性在急性心肌梗死患者创伤后成长与应对方式间的中介效应

Mediating effect of resilience on posttraumatic growth and coping style in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨心理弹性在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者创伤后成长与应对方式间的中介效应。方法:选取某院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的60例AMI患者作为研究对象,于PCI术后对所有患者开展一般资料、心理弹性、创伤后成长及应对方式调查。统计各项调查分数,分析心理弹性、创伤后成长及应对方式间的相关性,并构建多元线性回归模型分析心理弹性在创伤后成长与应对方式间的中介效应。结果:60例AMI患者治疗后心理弹性总分为(23.25±3.52)分,创伤后成长总分为(53.28±4.17)分,应对方式总分为(57.66±5.14)分。60例AMI患者治疗后心理弹性总分与创伤后成长总分呈正相关(r=0.486,P<0.05);心理弹性总分与应对方式中积极应对呈正相关(r=0.531,P<0.05)、消极应对呈负相关(r=-0.489,P<0.05)。线性回归分析结果显示,心理弹性在AMI患者创伤后成长与应对方式间发挥部分中介效应,贡献率64.90%。结论:AMI患者治疗后心理弹性在创伤后成长及应对方式间起到一定中介效应,三者存在密切相关性,心理弹性越高则创伤后成长水平越高,患者可以积极应对方式对待事物,故临床需及时强化心理相关干预,引导患者正确面对疾病,提高创伤后成长水平。

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of resilience on posttraumatic growth and coping style in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:60 patients with AMI admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. After percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI), general data, psychological elasticity, post-traumatic growth and coping style were investigated.The correlation among resilience, post-traumatic growth and coping style was analyzed by statistical scores, and the mediating effect of resilience between post-traumatic growth and coping style was tested by multivariable linear regression model.Results:After the treatment, the total scores of resilience, posttraumatic growth and coping style of the 60 AMI patients were(23.25±3.52),(53.28±4.17)and(57.66±5.14)respectively.There was a positive correlation between the total score of psychological elasticity after treatment and the total score of posttraumatic growth and the scores of various items in the 60 patients with AMI(P<0.05).The total score of resilience was positively correlated with the positive coping style and there was a negative correlation between the total score of psychological elasticity and the negative coping style(P<0.05).The results of mediating effect test showed that resilience played part of mediating role between posttraumatic growth and coping style, the contribution rate being 64.90%.Conclusion:There is a close relationship among resilience, post-traumatic growth and coping style of AMI patients after treatment.It is necessary to strengthen psychological intervention in time to guide patients to face the disease correctly and improve the level of post-traumatic growth.
