摘要
目的 探讨基于信息化的管理模式在医院现代管理中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响。方法 选择2020年4月—2022年4月医院现代管理人员72名、纳入病例15 676例及医护人员252名作为对象,根据时间点分为对照组(2020年4月—2021年4月,管理人员36名、纳入病例7 838例及医护人员126名)和观察组(2021年5月—2022年4月,管理人员36名、纳入病例7 838例及医护人员126名)。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合基于信息化的管理模式,两组均完成4周管理,比较两组管理质量、患者管理满意度、医护人员综合能力。结果 观察组管理4周后管理质量各维度评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组管理4周后就医体验、护患沟通、服务态度、等候时间及人文关怀满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组管理4周后法律法规、临床诊疗、专业发展、评判性思维、人际关系评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 基于信息化的管理模式用于医院现代管理中能提高管理质量,提升患者管理满意度,有助于增强医护人员综合能力,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of information-based management mod e l i n m o d e r n h o s p i t a l management and its impact on management quality. Methods A total of 72 modern hospital administrators, 15 676 enrolled cases and 252 medical staff from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as subjects, and were divided into control group(36administrators, 7 838 enrolled cases and 126 medical staff from April 2020 to the end of April 2021) and observation group(36administrators, 7 838 enrolled cases and 126 medical staff from May 2021 to the end of April 2022) according to the time point.The control group was managed with conventional methods, and the observation group was combined with the information-based management model. Both groups completed 4-week management,and compared the management quality, patient management satisfaction, and the comprehensive ability of medical staff between the two groups. Results The scores of all dimensions of management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 4 weeks of management(P < 0.05);After 4 weeks of management, the satisfaction with medical experience, nurse patient communication, service attitude, waiting time and humanistic care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);After 4 weeks of management, the scores of laws and regulations,clinical diagnosis and treatment, professional development,critical thinking and interpersonal relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of information based management model in modern hospital management can improve management quality, enhance patient management satisfaction, and help to enhance the comprehensive ability of medical staff, which is worthy of promotion and application.
