张家港市家庭医生签约服务现状研究

Study on the Current Situation of Family Doctor Contract Servicein Zhangjiagang City

目的探讨张家港市家庭医生签约服务当前在分级诊疗制度实行背景下存在的问题及解决策略,为有效提升该地家庭医生签约服务效果提供参考。方法于2021年9月一2022年5月通过问卷调查获取张家港市居民以及基层医务人员对家庭医生签约服务的认知以及存在问题的看法,并对样本数据进行回归分析。结果家庭医生签约服务签约率为86.2%,主要为经社区医生介绍签约,对该服务的满意度达到95.1%;医务人员薪酬收入上涨缓慢,宣传不足以及人才匮乏成为阻碍制度推行的主因。结论张家港市分级诊疗以及家庭医生签约服务的制度落地仍有待加强,需从政策宣传、服务提升以及人才引进等方面持续发力。

Objective To explore the problems and causes of family doctor contract service in Zhangjiagang City under the background of hierarchical medical system,so as to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of family doctor contract service.Methods From September 2021-May 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain the cognition of residents and primary medical staff in Zhangjiagang City on family doctor contract services and their views on existing problems,and regression analysis was conducted on the sample data.Results The contract rate of family doctors was 86.2%,mainly through the introduction of community doctors,and the satisfaction of the service reached 95.1%.The slow rise in medical staff salaries,lack of publicity and lack of talent are the main reasons that hinder the implementation of the sy stem.Conclusion The system implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and contracted service of family doctors in Zhangjiagang City still needs to be strengthened,and efforts should be made in policy publicity,service improvement and talentintroduction.
