血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平变化与帕金森患者病程的关联性分析 被引量:1

Correlation Analysis of Serum Homocysteine and Uric Acid Levels With the Course of Parkinson’s Disease

摘要 目的 探究血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平变化与帕金森(Parkinson’s disease,PD)患者病程的关联性。方法 选取福建医科大学附属漳州市医院246例PD患者(2020年2月—2021年2月)为观察组,再选取同期242例健康体检者为对照组。比较两组血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平,比较不同病程血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平及帕金森综合评分量表(unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale,UPDRS)评分,分析血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平及UPDRS评分与PD病程的相关性,分析血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平与UPDRS评分的相关性。结果 观察组血清Hcy水平高于对照组,UA水平低于对照组(P <0.05);随病程的延长血清Hcy及UPDRS评分逐渐升高(P <0.05),血清UA水平无明显变化(P> 0.05);经Spearma相关分析,血清Hcy及UPDRS评分与病程呈正相关(P <0.05),UA水平与病程无明显相关性(P> 0.05);经Pearson相关分析,血清Hcy与UPDRS评分呈相关性(P <0.05),UA水平与UPDRS评分无明显相关性(P> 0.05)。结论 PD患者血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平会发生明显变化,且同型半胱氨酸水平与病程、病情程度具有密切相关性,通过检查其水平可评估患者病情,指导临床治疗。 Objective To explore the relationship between serum Homocysteine(Hcy) and Uric Acid(UA) levels and the course of Parkinson’s Disease(PD). Methods A total of 246 PD patients in Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University(From February 2020 to February 2021) were selected as the observation group, and 242 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. Serum homocysteine and uric acid levels of the two groups were compared. The serum homocysteine and uric acid levels and unified parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS) scores of different disease courses were compared to analyze the correlation between the serum homocysteine and uric acid levels and UPDRS scores and the disease course of PD. The correlation between serum homocysteine and uric acid levels and UPDRS score were analyzed. Results The serum Hcy level in observation group was higher than that in control group, and UA level was lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).With the prolongation of disease course, serum Hcy and UPDRS score increased gradually(P < 0.05), but serum UA level did not change significantly(P > 0.05). By Spearma correlation analysis,serum Hcy and UPDRS scores were positively correlated with the course of disease(P < 0.05), while UA level was not significantly correlated with the course of disease(P > 0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Hcy was correlated with UPDRS score(P < 0.05), while UA level was not significantly correlated with UPDRS score(P > 0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of homocysteine and uric acid in PD patients will change significantly,and the level of homocysteine(Hcy) is closely correlated with the course and severity of disease. It can be used to evaluate the disease of PD patients and guide clinical treatment.
