舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀对抑郁症伴失眠的效果

The Effect of Sertraline Combined With Agomelatine on Depression With Insomnia

目的 探讨抑郁症伴失眠患者采用舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗对其血清氧化应激因子的影响。方法 选择山东颐养健康集团淄博医院2019年11月—2021年1月收治的106例抑郁症伴失眠患者纳入研究,根据抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各53例。对照组接受盐酸舍曲林治疗,研究组在此基础上接受阿戈美拉汀联合治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗前后的焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠指数、血清氧化应激因子,同时对其治疗期间的不良反应进行观察。结果 对照组的总有效率为79.25%,研究组的总有效率为96.23%,研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组的抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的血清氧化应激因子水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组的血清氧化应激因子水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组的不良反应发生率为9.43%,研究组的不良反应发生率为11.32%,研究组的不良反应发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 对抑郁症伴失眠患者采用舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀进行治疗,效果显著,可以有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善其睡眠质量,降低其血清氧化应激因子,且具有很高的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of sertraline combined with agomelatine on serum oxidative stress factors in patients with depression and insomnia. Methods A total of 106 cases of depression with patients with insomnia that were treated in Shandong Yiyang Health Group Zibo Hospital from November 2019 to January 2021 were included in the study. According to the lottery method, it was divided into control groups and research groups, each with 53 cases. The control group was treated with Squalin hydrochloride, and the research team was jointly treated with Agmeratine. The curative effect, anxiety, depression score,sleep index and serum oxidative stress factor before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions during treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 79.25%, and that of the research group was 96.23%.The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in depression score and sleep quality score between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the depression score and sleep quality score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of serum oxidative stress factors between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum oxidative stress factors in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 9.43%, and that in the study group was 11.32%. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(P > 0.05). Conclusion Sertraline combined with agomelatine can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients, improve their sleep quality and reduce their serum oxidative stress factors,and it has high safety.
