“詹黄张”按摩法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of "ZHAN Huangzhang" Massage in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的 分析“詹黄张”按摩法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的疗效。方法 以2020年1月—2021年1月重庆市江津区中医院收治的70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,分为两组,治疗组采用“詹黄张”按摩法治疗,对照组则采取常规治疗,比较两组临床应用效果。结果 视觉模拟(visual analogue scale/acore,VAS)评分、西安大略和曼彻斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(western ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index,WOMAC)评定方面,治疗组均低于对照组,Lysholm评分方面治疗组则更高(P <0.05);46 m最快步行时间方面,治疗组短于对照组(P <0.05);日常生活能力(activities of dailyliving,ADL)与生活质量(short form 36-item health survey,SF-36)评分方面,治疗组更高(P <0.05)。结论 针对KOA患者应用“詹黄张”按摩法治疗,可有效减轻患者疼痛与病情,改善患者关节功能,提高日常活动能力与生活质量,临床治疗效果较为理想。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of "ZHAN Huangzhang" massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods A total of 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with "ZHAN Huangzhang" massage, and the control group was treated with routine The clinical application effect of the two groups was compared. Results In terms of visual analogue scale/acore(VAS) and western ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC) index evaluation, the treatment group was lower than the control group, and the Lysholm score was higher in the treatment group(P < 0.05);in terms of the fastest walking time of 46m, the treatment group was shorter than the control group(P < 0.05);activities of dailyliving(ADL) and short form 36-item health survey(SF-36) score, the treatment group was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of "ZHAN Huangzhang" massage therapy for KOA patients can effectively relieve the pain and disease, improve the joint function of patients, improve the ability of daily activities and quality of life, and the clinical treatment effect is ideal.
