艾灸疗法在预防肛瘘术后尿潴留中的应用

Application of Moxibustion in Preventing Urinary Retention After Anal Fistula Operation

目的 探讨运用艾灸疗法预防肛瘘术后患者尿潴留的护理效果。方法 选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院肛肠科2021年3—5月收治的肛瘘术后患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以肛肠科术后常规护理干预,观察组在肛肠科术后常规护理的基础上予艾灸治疗。观察两组患者术后首次排尿时间、尿潴留发生率、导尿率。结果 观察组首次排尿时间(104.1±4.8)min、尿潴留发生率11.5%、导尿率5.0%,各项指标明显优于对照组首次排尿时间(155.4±5.3)min、尿潴留发生率37.5%、导尿率22.5%(P <0.05)。结论 艾灸治疗可显著缓解肛瘘术后排尿困难,促进患者排尿,缩短患者术后首次排尿时间,且可有效预防肛瘘术后尿潴留的发生,降低导尿率。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of moxibustion therapy on preventing postoperative urinary retention in patients with anal fistula. Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients with anal fistula treated in the anorectal Department of our hospital from March 2021 to may 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group. The control group was given postoperative routine nursing intervention in anorectal department, and the observation group was given moxibustion on the basis of postoperative routine nursing. The first voiding time, the incidence of urinary retention and the rate of catheterization were observed in the 2 groups. Results The first time of urination in the observation group was(104.1±4.8) min, the incidence of urinary retention was 11.5%, and the catheterization rate was 5.0%. The indexes were significantly better than those in the control group. The first time for urination was( 155.4±5.3)min, the incidence of urinary retention was 37.5%, and the catheterization rate was 22.5%(P < 0.05).Conclusion moxibustion can relieve dysuria after anal fistula surgery and prevent urinary retention after anal fistula surgery.
