平乐正骨颈椎熏洗方联合卧位顺势前屈背伸两步牵引调曲法治疗青少年颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Effects of Pingle Orthopedic Fumigation Prescription Combined with Two-Step Traction and Flexion in the Treatment of Juvenile Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察平乐正骨颈椎熏洗方联合卧位顺势前屈背伸牵引调曲法治疗青少年颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例青少年颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用平乐正骨颈椎熏洗方熏蒸,联合卧位顺势前屈背伸两步牵引调曲,对照组采用常规牵引理疗。观察并分析治疗组和对照组治疗2周后的临床疗效、治疗前后颈椎生理曲度Borden值、NPQ评分的变化。对该方法进行安全性评价。结果:治疗组治愈率73.33%,高于对照组33.33%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率63.33%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组颈椎生理曲度Borden值大于对照组;治疗组NPQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组患者在治疗过程中,均无明显不适。结论:平乐正骨颈椎熏洗方熏蒸联合卧位顺势前屈背伸两步牵引调曲法治疗青少年颈椎病,可明显缓解青少年颈椎病的临床症状,改善患者颈椎功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of pingle orthopedic fumigation prescription for cervical vertebra combined with two-step traction and flexion in decubitus position in the treatment of juvenile cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 adolescent patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with pingle orthopedic fumigation prescription for cervical vertebra,combined with two-step traction and flexion in decubitus position.While the control group was treated with conventional traction physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,Borden value of cervical spine curvature and NPQ score of the two groups were observed and analyzed after 2 weeks of treatment.The safety of the treatment was evaluated.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 73.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(33.33%).The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 63.33%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Borden value of cervical spine curvature in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group after treatment.And the NPQ score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious discomfort in both groups.Conclusion:Pingle orthopedic fumigation prescription for cervical rertebra combined with two-step traction and flexion can relieve the clinical symptoms of juvenile cervical spondylosis and improve the function of the patient′s cervical spine obviously.
