加味蛇床子散熏洗联合氟轻松维生素B6软膏治疗外阴白色病变的疗效及对患者中医症状积分的影响

Efficacy of fumigation and washing with modified Cnidium powder combined with fluocinolone vitamin B6 ointment in the treatment of patients with vulvar white lesions and its effect on TCM symptom scores of patients

目的 观察加味蛇床子散熏洗联合氟轻松维生素B_(6)软膏治疗外阴白色病变的疗效,并探讨其对患者中医症状积分的影响。方法 回顾性分析2019年4月至2021年4月于杨凌示范区医院治疗的104例外阴白色病变患者的临床诊治资料,根据治疗方式的不同分组,其中51例采用氟轻松维生素B_(6)软膏治疗者纳入对照组,53例采用加味蛇床子散熏洗联合氟轻松维生素B_(6)软膏治疗者纳入研究组,两组均连续治疗两个月。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后中医症状积分及治疗期间不良反应。结果 研究组总有效率(94.44%)显著高于对照组(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后各组外阴瘙痒、外阴色素脱失、阴痛的症状积分均降低,治疗后,研究组外阴瘙痒、外阴色素脱失、阴痛的症状积分分别为(0.59±0.17)分、(0.64±0.19)分、(0.37±0.12)分,明显低于对照组的(1.26±0.29)分、(1.28±0.25)分、(0.96±0.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率比较(3.77%vs5.88%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发率(3.77%)显著低于对照组(9.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味蛇床子散熏洗联合氟轻松维生素B_(6)软膏治疗外阴白色病变患者临床疗效更佳,具有一定安全性。

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Cnidium powder combined with fluocinolone vitamin B_(6) ointment in treating white lesions of vulva, and to explore its influence on patients’ TCM symptom score.Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 104 patients with white lesions of the vulva treated in Yangling Demonstration Area Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, 51 patients treated with fluocinolone vitamin B_(6) ointment were included in the control group, and 53 patients treated with fumigation and washing modified Cnidium Powder combined with fluocinolone vitamin B_(6) ointment were included in the study group, continuously for 2 months. The therapeutic effects, TCM symptom scores before and after treatment, and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than 82.35% in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the symptom scores of genital itching, vulvar depigmentation, and vulvodynia in the two groups decreased after treatment;after treatment, the symptom scores of genital itching, vulvar depigmentation, and vulvodynia in the study group were(0.59±0.17) points,(0.64±0.19) points, and(0.37±0.12) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than(1.26±0.29) points,(1.28±0.25) points,(0.96±0.28) points in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(3.77% vs 5.88%, P>0.05). The recurrence rate in the study group was 3.77%, which was significantly lower than 9.61% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Cnidium powder combined with fluocinolone vitamin B_(6) ointment has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with vulvar white lesions, with certain safety.
