Status and progress of minimally invasive treatment of laryngeal cancer

摘要 随着精准医疗的推进,内镜、显微技术与微创技术在迅速发展,针对部分喉癌的手术治疗可采用个体化微创治疗,包括CO_(2)激光手术、低温等离子射频消融、经口机器人手术等。然而临床上对于微创术式的选择仍然存在较大争议。本研究综述了近年来喉癌微创治疗的研究现状及进展,评估不同微创手术的优缺点,为喉癌患者提供更全面更合理的治疗方案。 With the advancement of precision medicine,endoscopy,microscopy and minimally invasive technology are developing rapidly.Individualized minimally invasive treatment can be used for the surgical treatment of some laryngeal cancer,including CO_(2) laser surgery,cryogenic plasma radiofrequency ablation,transoral robotic surgery.However,the selection of minimally invasive surgery is still controversial in clinical practice.This study reviewed the research status and progress of minimally invasive treatment of laryngeal cancer in recent years,evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of different minimally invasive surgery,and provided a more comprehensive and reasonable treatment plan for patients with laryngeal cancer.
