摘要
利用酒糟和棉籽壳混合物作为猴头菇碳源基质,研究不同配方对菌丝生长状况、鲜猴头菇产量的影响,为猴头菇栽培原料选择及酒糟综合利用提供科学依据。试验结果表明:以酒糟52%、棉籽壳24%为碳源的配方栽培猴头菇产量最高,为每袋950.4 g;生物学效率达86.40%,比对照组高0.66%,该配方投入产出比最高,为37.03。
The effects of different formulation on mycelium growth and fresh mushroom yield were studied, using the mixture of distillers’ soluble and cotton seed hull as carbon source substrate for Hericium erinaceus, to provide the scientific basis for the choice of Hericium erinaceus growing raw material and the comprehensive utilization of distillers’ solubles. The study showed that using 52% distillers’ solubles and 24% cotton seed hulls as main carbon source medium, the production of fresh Hericium erinaceus reached 950.4 g/bag, which was the highest;The biology efficiency reached 86.40%, which was 0.66%higher than the common ingredients(CK). The highest input-output ratio was 37.03.
