仲花茶饮降血糖血脂的生物活性

The Biological Activity of Reducing Blood Sugar and Fats of Zhonghua Tea

摘要 通过小鼠试验研究仲花茶饮降高血糖高血脂的生物活性作用。对小鼠进行28 d连续灌胃仲花茶饮的试验,研究仲花茶饮对其血糖的影响,证明仲华茶饮对于降低高血糖小鼠的血糖具有显著作用,并且发现了仲花茶饮的剂量与降血糖能力呈正相关,剂量越高则降血糖能力越强。采用28 d灌胃试验法,发现仲花茶饮组可有效降低高脂小鼠血糖值,血清中的TC、TG、LDL-C值降低, HDL-C值上升,表明仲花茶饮对小鼠血脂有明显的调节作用;与模型组相比,仲花茶饮高剂量组小鼠的GSH-Px、SOD上升显著、CAT活力上升显著, MDA下降显著,证明了仲花茶饮的抗氧化能力;同时仲花茶饮还有改变糖尿病小鼠胰腺病理学和影响的肠道菌群作用,结果显示仲花茶饮可能通过修复受损的胰岛细胞,从而降低血糖,而且能改变肠道菌群的分布,改善肠道菌群失调,具有显著的生理功能活性。 The bioactive effect of Zhong Hua tea drink on lowering hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia was investigated by mice experiments. The effect of Chung Hua tea drink on the blood glucose of mice was investigated by gavage for 28 d, and it was proved that the dose of Chung Hua tea drink had a significant effect on lowering the blood glucose of hyperglycemic mice, and it was found that the dose of Chung Hua tea drink was positively correlated with the hypoglycemic ability, and the higher the dose, the stronger the hypoglycemic ability. Using 28 d gavage experimental method, it was found that Zhong Hua tea drink group could effectively reduce the blood glucose value of high-fat mice, and the serum values of TC, TG and LDL-C decreased and HDL-C increased, indicating that Zhong Hua tea drink had a significant regulatory effect on blood lipids with mice;compared with the model group, GSH-Px and SOD increased significantly, CAT activity increased significantly and MDA decreased significantly in the mice of Zhong Hua tea drink high-dose group. Meanwhile, the effect of Zhong Hua tea drink on pancreatic pathological changes and intestinal flora of diabetic mice showed that Zhong Hua tea drink may lower blood glucose by repairing damaged pancreatic islet cells, and it could change the distribution of intestinal flora and improve the dysbiosis of intestinal flora, which had significant physiological function activity.
