基于“课程思政”食品加工技术原理教学改革 被引量:5

Teaching Reform of Principles of Food Processing Technology Course Based on the “Ideological and Political Curriculum”

摘要 在“互联网+”智慧教育高速发展和“课程思政”教学理念创新升级的双重背景下,立足民族高校办学宗旨与特色,将专业课程与思政元素及“互联网+”深度融合,是民族高校实现“三全育人”、落实立德树人根本任务、培养高素质民族人才的有效途径。通过深度挖掘与融入课程思政元素、优化整合教学内容、建立“PBL教学设计+雨课堂+慕课平台”混合式教学模式、确立课程考核评价新模式等做法,初步明确民族高校“食品加工技术原理”课程的教学改革路径与发展思路,以适应高等教育的新发展形势,为国家培养出更多高素质食品专业优秀人才。 Relying on the dual background of “Internet+” wisdom education rapid development and the innovation upgrade of ideological and political education, based on national college education aim and characteristics, to professional courses and ideological elements and “Internet+” depth fusion is an effective way for the national colleges and universities to realize “all three education”, the implement of strengthening moral education, and cultivate talented people. Through deep mining and integrating the course ideological elements, optimize the integration of teaching content, establish “the PBL teaching method design+rain class+class platform” hybrid teaching mode and establishing new curriculum evaluation mode such as preliminary clear national university curriculum teaching reform of food processing technology principle path and development ideas, in order to adapt to the new development of higher education, and to train more high-quality food professionals for the country.
