对比特殊医学用途配方食品各组分差异

Compare the Difference of Different Components of Formula Food for Special Medical Use

摘要 随着医学与特殊医学食品的发展,特殊医学用途配方食品逐渐走进大众视野,与其他国家相比我国特殊医学用途配方食品仅初步完善,因此,主要针对特殊医学用途配方食品与婴儿配方奶粉渗透压、营养组分对比。结果表明:婴儿配方奶粉渗透压与母乳相近,全营养配方食品渗透压、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素B6、叶酸、维生素C与婴儿配方奶粉含量显著差异,且为高渗透食品;早产/低出生体重婴儿配方食品维生素A与婴儿配方奶粉含量显著差异;蛋白部分水解配方食品、蛋白深度水解配方食品、氨基酸配方食品、无乳糖配方食品营养元素差异不显著。 With the development of medicine and special medical food, special medical use formula food is gradually coming into the field of vision. Compared with other countries, China’s special medical use formula food is only preliminary improvement, thus the osmotic pressure and nutritional components of special medical use formula food and infant formula milk powder are mainly compared. The results show that the osmotic pressure of infant formula milk powder is similar to that of breast milk. The osmotic pressure, fat, carbohydrate, vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin C contents of whole nutrition formula food are significantly different from those of infant formula milk powder, and they are high osmotic food. There is a significant difference between vitamin A and infant formula;There is no significant difference in nutritional elements among partially hydrolyzed protein formula food, deeply hydrolyzed protein formula food, amino acid formula food and lactose free formula food.
