摘要
以食品原料学为例,将课程思政融入教学过程中,从课程思政必要性、思政内容设计、改革教学方法3个方面进行课程思政教学改革的探索,重点阐述思政内容设计的6个思政教学目标及支撑案例,旨在构建新的课程思政教学模式,实现全方位育人的培养目标。
The design of course-based ideological and political teaching in the course of food ingredients is investigated. Put forward the exploration of the course-based ideological and political teaching reform from three aspects, including construction the teaching goal, designing teaching content, and reform of teaching methods, focusing on the designing teaching content of six construction the teaching goal and established case, hoping to build a new course-based ideological and political teaching mode, and to achieve the comprehensive training aim.
