C_(30)色谱柱HPLC法分析测定蔬菜中阿维菌素残留量 被引量:1

Determination of Avermectin Residue in Vegetables by high Performance Liquid Chromatography on C_(30) Column

摘要 优化蔬菜中阿维菌素残留量的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用乙腈超声提取,固相萃取柱净化,选用C_(30)色谱柱进行色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器进行测定,以甲醇-水(85︰15, V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长245nm,外标法定量。在0.5~5.00 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系, r^(2)值为0.999 8,定量限为0.01 mg/kg。蔬菜样品中阿维菌素添加量为0.05 mg/kg时平均回收率为92.8%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~4.5%(n=6)。该方法简单高效,基质干扰峰与主峰分离效果好,准确度高,重现性好,可满足蔬菜中阿维菌素残留量的检测需求。 A HPLC method for determination of abamectin residues in vegetables was optimized. The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile, purified by solid phase extraction column, carried out by C_(30) chromatographic column, and determined by HPLC with photodiode array detector. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(85︰15, V/V), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 245 nm, and the quantitative method was external standard. The liner relationship of the method was good in the concentration range of 0.5-5.00 mg/L, r^(2)=0.999 8, and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg/kg. The average recoveries were 92.8%-102.4% when the avermectin residue level was 0.05mg/kg, and the relative standard deviations were 1.1%-4.5%(n=6). This method was simple and efficient, with good separation effect of matrix interference peak and main peak, high accuracy and good reproducibility, which could meet the detection requirements of avermectin residue in vegetables.
