摘要 对超低排放改造后燃煤机组的炉后静电除尘器进行性能测试与分析。3台300 MW级燃煤发电机组均已完成超低排放改造,对3台机组炉后静电除尘器的除尘效率、进口烟气速度场分布、温度场分布、本体阻力、漏风率等运行参数进行测试,分析300 MW级燃煤发电机组静电除尘器的主要性能。结果表明:3台300 MW级燃煤机组静电除尘器整体运行性能良好,但存在流场不均、漏风率高、部分通道粉尘浓度超标等问题,对此类问题针对性地提出解决措施和检修建议,为其他燃煤电厂静电除尘器的安全稳定达标运行提供参考。 The performance of electrostatic precipitator of coal-fired unit after ultra-low emission transformation was tested and analyzed. Three 300 MW coal-fired power generation units have completed ultra-low emission transformation.The operation parameters such as dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator after the furnace, the distribution of velocity field of imported flue gas, the distribution of temperature field, the bulk resistance, and the air leakage rate are performed, to analyze the main performance of electrostatic precipitator 300 MW coal-fired unit. The results show that the electrostatic precipitators of the three 300 MW coal-fired units have good overall performance, but there are problems such as uneven flow fields, high air leakage rates, and excessive dust concentrations in some channels. Targeted solutions and maintenance suggestions are put forward for such problems, to provide a reference for the safe and stable operation of electrostatic precipitators in other coal-fired power plants.
