Analysis on performance and energy efficiency of electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator in 300 MW coal-fired units with ultra-low emissions

摘要 依据电袋复合除尘器能效等级评价标准,结合性能测试结果,分析烟尘浓度、系统阻力、电耗、比电耗等性能指标,对能效等级进行评价。结果表明:电袋复合除尘器适用于煤质多变的燃煤机组;烟尘排放质量浓度可以控制在设计范围内,64.28%的除尘器烟尘排放质量浓度可以达到10.0 mg/m^(3)(标态、干基、6%O_(2))以下,满足超低排放的要求;系统电耗分布为700~900 k Wh/h,阻力电耗占系统电耗的70.5%;比电耗分布情况为0.333×10^(-3)~0.607×10^(-3)k Wh/m^(3),88.24%的除尘器满足3级能效限定值的要求,仅有11.76%的除尘器达到2级节能能效值的要求,节能降耗空间较大。针对能效提升及优化运行提出解决意见,为电袋复合除尘器经济运行提供参考。 According to the evaluation standard of energy efficiency grade for electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator, combined with the results of performance test, the performance indexes such as dust concentration, system resistance, power consumption and specific power consumption were analyzed, and the energy efficiency grade was evaluated. The results show that the electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator was suitable for coal-fired units with changeable coal quality. The dust emission concentration could be controlled within the design range, and the dust emission concentration of 64.28% precipitator could reach below 10.0 mg/m^(3)(standard, dry, 6%O_(2)) to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission. The system power consumption was basically 700~900 k Wh/h, the resistance power consumption accounted for 70.5% of system power consumption, and the specific power consumption was distributed between 0.333×10^(-3)~0.607×10^(-3)k Wh/m^(3). 88.24% precipitator could meet the requirements of grade three energy efficiency minimum value and only 11.76% precipitator could meet the requirements of grade two energy efficiency minimum value, which had a large deviation saving-energy and reducing consumption space. In order to provide a reference for the economic operation of electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator, some suggestions were put forward for improving energy efficiency and optimized operation.
