摘要
意识障碍(DOC)为临床危重患者脱离死亡危险后的严重“后遗症”,目前对其病理生理机制尚未完全清楚。神经成像技术,特别是功能MRI(fMRI)有助于反映DOC脑网络变化、深入理解其形成机制,为临床诊断、评估及治疗DOC提供指导。本文就fMRI研究DOC进展进行综述。
Disorders of consciousness(DOC)is a serious"sequela"of critically ill patients out of the danger of death,yet its pathophysiological mechanism is not completely clear.Neuroimaging technology,especially functional MRI(fMRI),could help to reflect changes of brain network in DOC and deepen the understanding of its formation mechanism,so as providing guidance for clinical diagnosis,evaluation and treatment of DOC.The research progresses of fMRI for DOC were reviewed in this article.
