小儿清热止咳口服液对上呼吸道感染患儿临床疗效的影响效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Xiaoer Qingre Zhike Oral Liquid on the Clinical Effect of Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的分析小儿清热止咳口服液对上呼吸道感染患儿临床疗效的影响效果。方法选取栾川县中医院儿科2020年1月至2021年9月收治的100例上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采取利巴韦林颗粒温水冲服联合罗红霉素分散片口服治疗,观察组加用小儿清热止咳口服液治疗。治疗7 d后比较两组患儿的症状体征消失时间(发热、鼻塞、流鼻涕、咳嗽)、中医症状积分(微恶风寒、咳嗽、流黄浊涕、口干渴)、炎症因子(肿瘤细胞坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白)、不良反应(嗜睡、腹泻、皮疹)发生率差异。结果观察组的症状体征消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿的中医症状积分、炎症因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7 d后均较各组治疗前下降,且观察组的中医症状积分、炎症因子低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的嗜睡发生率(4.00%)、腹泻发生率(2.00%)、皮疹发生率(2.00%),与对照组(2.00%、2.00%、2.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿清热止咳口服液治疗上呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效更佳,且不良反应发生率相对较低,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoer Qingre Zhike Oral Liquid on the clinical efficacy of children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 100 children with upper respiratory tract infection who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Luanchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group,according to the random number table.The control group was given ribavirin granules in warm water combined with roxithromycin dispersible tablets orally,and the observation group was additionally given Xiaoer Qingre Zhike oral liquid.After 7 days,the symptoms and signs disappeared time(fever,nasal congestion,runny nose,cough),TCM symptom scores(slight aversion to wind and cold,cough,yellow and cloudy nose,dry mouth),inflammatory factors(tumor cell necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,C-reaction protein),and the incidence of adverse reactions(somnolence,diarrhea,rash)were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in TCM symptom score and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of drowsiness(4.00%),diarrhea(2.00%)and rash(2.00%)in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(2.00%,2.00%,2.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Qingre Zhike Oral Liquid has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection,and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low,which is worthy of popularization.
