术中精准护理对腹腔镜下阑尾手术患者应激反应及并发症的影响

Effect of Intraoperative Precise Nursing on Stress Response and Complications in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的探讨术中精准护理对腹腔镜下阑尾手术患者应激反应及并发症的影响。方法选择周口市第二人民医院于2020年3月至2022年3月收治的急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,共82例接受腹腔镜下阑尾切除手术,使用随机数字表法分为对照组(N=41)和研究组(N=41),分别接受手术室常规护理与术中精准护理,比较两组术后恢复情况、干预前后应激反应指标(收缩压、舒张压、心率、皮肤电反应)、术后疼痛程度比较,并统计两组术后并发症及满意度评价。结果研究组术后各项康复指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的收缩压、心率、舒张压及皮肤电反应水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。麻醉时、手术时间进行一半时、手术结束时研究组各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组比对照组患者术后24 h、48 h疼痛评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率,研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施腹腔镜下阑尾炎手术治疗的患者采取术中精准护理,可有效降低术中应激反应,减轻术后疼痛程度,减少并发症发生率,促进患者术后早日康复,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative precision nursing on stress response and complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to Zhoukou Second People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as subjects.The random number table method was used to divide the two groups into the control group(N=41)and the study group(N=41).They received routine nursing in the operating room and intraoperative precision nursing,respectively.The postoperative recovery,stress response indicators before and after intervention(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,electrocutaneous response),postoperative pain degree of the two groups were compared,and the postoperative complications and satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were counted.Results The postoperative rehabilitation indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and electrocutaneous response between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The level of indexes in the study group was better than that in the control group at the time of anesthesia,half of the operation time,and the end of the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 24 h and 48 h after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the two groups was lower in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative precise nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery can effectively reduce intraoperative stress response,reduce postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the early recovery of patients after surgery,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
