基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理干预在脑梗死偏瘫患者康复训练中的应用研究

Application Research of Phased Nursing Intervention in Rehabilitation Training of Cerebral Infarction Patients with Hemiplegia Based on the Law of Compliance Curve Change

目的浅析基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理干预在脑梗死偏瘫患者康复训练中的应用效果。方法研究时间为2019年12月至2021年12月,纳入总样本90例脑梗死偏瘫患者(排除脱落者后的实际样本数量)。经随机数字表法,为观察组(N=45)设计基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理干预方案;为对照组(N=45)设计常规住院护理模式,评价两组干预效果。结果观察组训练依从性、自我护理能力、运动功能、平衡能力、日常生活活动能力各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依据患者依从性特点,总结变化规律,实施阶段性护理干预,可改善脑梗死偏瘫患者日常活动能力,患者自我护理能力与训练依从性高,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the application effect of phased nursing intervention based on the law of compliance curve change in rehabilitation training of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia.Methods The study period was from December 2019 to December 2021.A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction with hemiplegia were included(the actual number of samples after excluding the shedding patients).The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number method.The periodic nursing intervention program based on the compliance curve was designed for the observation group(N=45),and the routine inpatient nursing model was designed for the control group(N=45).The intervention effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The training compliance,self-care ability,motor function,balance ability,and daily living ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the characteristics of patients'compliance,summarizing the change rule,and implementing the phased nursing intervention,can improve the daily activity ability,high self-care ability,and training compliance of patients of cerebral infarction with hemiplegia,promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
